I hate to tell you but this dog is possibly from an ASian puppy mill.
Foreign puppy mills are selling to people in this country, and they are even worse than American puppy mills (if that can be possible)
If anyone really must buy a purebred, contact a reputable breed rescue or breed club to get a referral to a truly reputable breeder.
You can't just buy a dog from a web site or newspaper ad- they are mostly puppy mill pups.

Chika is the product of a small home breeder. But yes, puppy mills exist everywhere, and they suck. Don't buy from a pet shop!
