It's especially when I hear stories like this that I don't understand why people BUY dogs. There are so many pooches just waiting to be rescued and waiting to show their adopters what lovely souls they are.
I couldn't agree with you more. It's still hard for me to wrap my head around just how cruel some people can be. Thanks for spreading the word about adoption!!
